Deli Unique in West Bloomfield Closes June 23
Customers are welcome to stop in and say goodbye for the deli's final day.
Deli Unique on Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield will close its doors June 23, while locations in Bloomfield Hills and Novi remain open.
According to The Detroit News, some signature menu items are available at Plaza Deli, 29145 Northwestern Hwy., Southfield. The owners said they "would love to see many of our friends stop in to say good-bye", the newspaper reported.
The deli's website described offerings that include "great sandwiches, gourmet salads and a low sodium healthy-healing broth that is, in essence, Jewish Penicillin on steroids." Deli Unique is owned by The Epicurean Group and has been open at the same location since 1987.
