The West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Commission invites you to sign up for the 3rd annual expo for your opportunity to listen to the experts talk about a variety of health related issues and give advice on fitness activities designed to fit our needs as we age. Vendors will be available to visit and talk about their services. A free lunch is included.
