Gwen Borders will discuss the trends and choices for today’s modern brides when


it comes to wedding confections.  Ms.


Borders is the owner of Trifles, a confectionary store in West Bloomfield.  She is a renowned cake, pastry, and candy


chef.

There is no


charge to attend the program.
