Join us for a Mediterranean Diet inspired Nutritional Workshop on Wednesday, September 25th at our West Bloomfield store. A Botsford registered dietitian will lead the class that will include a Mediterranean diet overview, health benefits of a Mediterranean diet, how to create your own Mediterranean kitchen (stocking your pantry and refrigerator), as well as a small cooking demo.
