Residents of West Bloomfield Township, Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake or Sylvan Lake who have a library card in good standing.
Non-residents of West Bloomfield Township, and their siblings and parents, who are enrolled in the West Bloomfield School District or Keith, Maple, Pleasant Lake and Twin Beach elementary schools of Walled Lake Consolidated School District and have a library card in good standing from their home community.
