Weekend Countdown: Schmier Concert - Piano Duo Yuki and Tomoko Mack

It's Tuesday, and the week may seem be going a little slowly. Fortunately, there's lots going on in and around town for the next weekend. We are going to pick some of the fun events daily to help you plan and count down until it's the weekend again.

When: Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

Why go: The sisters received recognition as piano soloists early on in their careers, but in 1994 they blended their talents into an award winning duo. The Steinway artists have produced four highly acclaimed albums. The duo has won several prestigious international and national competitions, and on Sunday they bring their talent to  as part of the Schmier Chapel Chamber Series presented in loving memory of Leslie R. Schmier and Jessica R. Schmier. If you love concert piano this should be a delightful treat.
