What's Cooking Presents "Spices and Rubs"

The
September program of the 2012 What’s Cooking Series, sponsored by The Friends
of the West Bloomfield Twp Public Library, will be Spices and Rubs presented at
7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 4, 2012 in the Meeting Room of the West
Bloomfield Twp Public Library Main Library, Main Branch, 4600 Walnut Lake Road,
West Bloomfield, MI.


“Spices and
Rubs” will be presented by Mark Hearn, owner of the Keego Harbor Specialty
Sausage Company.  His unique store
specializes in natural, fresh, locally-made meats and house-made natural
sausage.  “Don’t Fear the Flavor” will be
his mantra as he helps us explore the secrets of using spices and rubs to
create extraordinary tastes that will be sure to please the palate.  Delicious samples will be served!


There is no
charge to attend the program.
