Bowling with Boys and Moms

Even though it's only Tuesday, it's never too early to start planning ahead for next weekend. We are going to pick some of the fun and interesting events daily to help you plan and count down until it's the weekend again. 

Our pick: 

Where: Wonderland Lanes (8265 Richardson Rd., Walled Lake)

When: 1 p.m. Saturday

Why go: Daddy and Daughter already had their dance. Now, West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation offers mothers and sons the opportunity to spend some quality time together while having fun on the lanes. Included in the cost $17 cost ($19 for non-residents) are two games of bowling, shoe rental, pizza and pop. Participants are encouraged to bring nonperishable food items for donation to the Lighthouse of Oakland County. 

The bowling day is for boys ages 5 and up. Please register by calling (248) 451-1900.
