We've been all but buried under the white stuff this winter, so what better time is there to daydream about a home on the water? Soft breezes, warm sunshine and perhaps a cold beverage on a spiffy back deck with a water view sound pretty wonderful about now.
In West Bloomfield, we have more lakes and ponds than that of any other township in the United States except for one in Minnesota, according to the Greater West Bloomfield Historical Society. This leads to many opportunities to live on the water for residents, in addition to waterfront houses in Birmingham and houses in Farmington and Farmington Hills.
