Weekend Weather: Thunder and Rain Expected

Showers and thunderstorms likely all day and night Saturday and Sunday.

Temperatures and conditions are beautiful Friday afternoon, but expected to turn gray and cloudy with rain this weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

Here's a look at your West Bloomfield weekend forecast.

Friday: The forecast calls for sunny skies, a high near 64 degrees and sunny skies — a great chance to watch the baseball team travel to North Farmington (4:30 p.m. first pitch). Tonight, there will be a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. The low temperature is forecasted at 46 degrees.

Saturday: Expect showers and thunderstorms after 9 a.m., with new rainfall amounts of more than a quarter inch possible. The high will be 64, the sky cloudy, and the wind strong at up to 25 m.p.h. Sunday: Showers and thunderstorms are likely with the high to climb to 77 degrees. Wind gusts could climb as igh as 29 m.p.h. and the nighttime low is forecast at 51 degrees.
