Community
Housing Network to host Raise the Roof to benefit people with disabilities

Troy,
MI – Metro Detroit nonprofit Community Housing Network (CHN) will hold its 12th
annual fundraiser, Raise the Roof for Affordable Housing, 6:30-10 p.m.
Thursday, October 11, at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester.  Evening festivities will include a sit-down
dinner, silent and live auctions, networking, an open bar and more. The event
helps Community Housing Network provide affordable housing and housing
resources to people who are homeless, people with disabilities, and other
vulnerable residents of Southeastern Michigan.

This
year’s Leadership Sponsor is West Construction, Pontiac. Detroit Home is the
media sponsor.

“This
past year has been one of tremendous growth for us allowing us to expand within
our mission in terms of those we serve,” said Marc Craig, CHN president. “Raise
the Roof is a great way to tell our story and personally mingle with our
generous donors and supporters. We’ll also present the second annual Emmett
Jones Memorial Award to a program participant whose life was changed through
one of our programs.”

Tickets are $100, and sponsorships ranging
from $250 are still available.  Contact
Leslie Groves to purchase tickets or sponsorships: LGroves@chninc.net or (248) 269-1312.  Additional information can be found on CHN’s website
