A 26-year-old Farmington Hills resident said she was studying at a table at May 13 around 5 p.m. when a man exposed himself near her table.

The woman told police she made eye contact with a dark-skinned man, about 20 years old, about 5-foot-8 with long, black hair, wearing a green T-shirt, and black basketball shorts. The woman told police he looked disheveled. The manager on duty later confirmed the man described in the report was one he had seen.

A few minutes after she made eye contact, the man began to hit the table at which he was sitting with his hand, apparently trying to get the woman's attention, according to the police report. Then, he stood up, walked over to her table, put his foot on the table, and moved the books over to the side with his foot, the report said.

He pulled his shorts partially down to expose himself and started to rub his penis, the woman reported.
