Need To Know: Tuesday's Farmington Public Schools Bond Election
West Bloomfield precinct 9 voters go to the polls Tuesday.
Tuesday's Farmington Public Schools bond election is a special election, which means there will be nothing else on your ballot but the $222 million bond question.
Absent voter ballots
A voter eligible to vote by absent voter ballot may also vote in person at the clerk’s office any time up to 4 p.m. the day before the election. All absent voter ballots must be received by the clerk’s office not later than 8 p.m. on Election Day. While the deadline has passed to have an absent voter application mailed, you can pick up one at the clerk's office in your city.

- Registered with the city at least 30 days prior to the election
- A U.S. citizen
- At least 18 years old
- A resident of the city for at least 30 days
Find out whether you're registered to vote on the Michigan Secretary of State website.
Polling place
Precinct 9 voters cast their ballots at Congregation Beth Ahm Synagogue, 5075 W. Maple Rd.
Polls open
7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Voter identification
Be sure to bring some form of picture identification along when you go to vote. The Michigan Secretary of State website has a list of identification accepted at polling places and explains how to vote when you don't have a picture ID.
