Tina Wasserman: Entree to Judaism- A Culinary Exploration of the Jewish Diaspora
The Jewish Community Center of Metropolitan Detroit will host theStephen Gottlieb Festival of the Arts August 28-September 2, 2012, with an
exceptional program of concerts, lectures, hands-on art projects, familyevents, exhibits and films, and featuring Broadway and former “Cheers” star
Bebe Neuwirth.
The festival will be held at The Berman Center for the Performing
Arts, at the JCC in West Bloomfield and at the JCC in Oak Park.
Tina Wasserman, who will offer a food tasting and speak Wednesday, August 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the JCC in West Bloomfield. A food columnist whose articles have appeared in the Washington Post and Reform Judaism magazine, amongothers, Wasserman will discuss her book Entrée to Judaism: A Culinary Exploration of the Jewish Diaspora.
