West Bloomfield Schools Projects Done by First Day of School

Two West Bloomfield Schools buildings that have been under construction this summer will be ready by the first day of school.

District public relations coordinator Pam Zajac said work at Sheiko Elementary and West Bloomfield High "will be done by the time school starts."

Both were paid for through the Building and Site Sinking Fund approved by voters in May. The projects took about half of the $2 million allotted for this year, Zajac said.

A committee will be formed to prioritize a list of remaining projects, she added.
